About the Role
20four7VA is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creation Specialist to support clients with YouTube content production, video editing, and graphic design. This role is ideal for someone who can transform ideas into engaging visual content, maintain strong brand consistency, and enhance digital presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage YouTube uploads including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
- Edit videos for YouTube and social media (cuts, transitions, captions, basic effects)
- Design eye-catching thumbnails, graphics, and marketing creatives
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform and audience engagement
- Collaborate with clients on content strategy, branding, and creative direction
- Organize content assets and maintain publishing schedules
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in video editing and content creation
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Strong understanding of YouTube best practices (SEO, thumbnails, engagement)
- Excellent visual storytelling and design skills
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with YouTube analytics and growth strategies
- Knowledge of current social media trends
- Skills in motion graphics
