About the Role

Trust Wallet is seeking an experienced Product Manager (Payments & Regulatory) to lead its payments and regulatory product portfolio. This is a strategic, high-impact position where you’ll drive the development of crypto payment solutions while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Working closely with engineering, legal, compliance, business development, marketing, merchants, and payment partners, you’ll shape innovative payment products that bridge traditional finance and Web3.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for:
  • Stablecoin payments
  • Fiat on/off ramps
  • Merchant payment gateways
  • Card issuing partnerships
  • Cross-border payment solutions
• Translate global regulatory requirements into scalable product strategies.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to proactively address evolving regulations.
• Work directly with merchants and payment partners to gather product requirements and improve user experiences.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, marketing, and business development.
• Own the complete product lifecycle—from discovery and planning through launch, optimisation, and scaling.
• Establish governance frameworks with merchant partners, including performance reviews, activation tracking, conversion metrics, engagement, ROI analysis, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Drive product adoption, market readiness, and commercial success.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience.
• At least 1–2 years working within payments, fintech, or cryptocurrency products.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Visa & Mastercard payment networks
  • Stablecoins
  • Fiat payment rails
  • Cross-border payment infrastructure
• Experience navigating financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional product teams.
• Experience working directly with merchants or external payment partners.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, global, asynchronous environment.
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, wallet infrastructure, and crypto user experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency industry.
• Understanding of Trust Wallet’s ecosystem and competitive landscape.
• Excellent commercial thinking with the ability to define compelling product value propositions.
• Experience working with AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, prompt engineering, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
